Hi, I'm Carolina — a passionate advocate for wholesome food that nourishes both body and soul.
During the COVID lockdowns, we discovered the joy of making our own bread with organic flours. My kitchen became a haven of fresh, hearty loaves my family couldn't get enough of.
After years as a successful corporate executive, I stepped away to become the CEO of our home — raising my two daughters. That shift sparked a deeper love for creating nutrient-rich breads from scratch, free from preservatives and full of flavor.
Today, I'm thrilled to share that passion with you through Prana — our home-based bakery, crafting organic, artisanal loaves that bring the comfort of real, handmade bread to your table.

All our breads are made to order — crafted fresh just for you. Delivery is limited to our Houston delivery zones (see map below). Free on orders of $30 and up — otherwise a flat $6 delivery fee. Please place your order at least 48 hours in advance.
