Prana Baked Goods is a small home-based bakery in Houston, Texas. This page explains what information we collect, why, and what we do with it. In short: we collect only what we need to bake your order and get back to you, and we never sell or share it.
What we collect
If you fill out the contact form on this website, we receive:
- Your name
- Your email address
- What you're interested in, and any message you write us
If you order by Instagram DM or email instead, we receive whatever you send us there — typically your name, your order, and a delivery address.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your message, confirm your order, arrange delivery, and answer questions. That's it. We don't add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your information.
- We don't share it with advertisers or data brokers.
- We don't run advertising trackers or analytics on this website.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use cookies for advertising, analytics, or tracking. We don't use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or similar tools.
The site does load a few things from other providers in order to display properly: fonts from Google Fonts, mapping software from Cloudflare's public library, and map imagery from Esri for the delivery map. When your browser requests those files, those providers receive your IP address, as happens with any website that loads external resources. They are not used by us to track you.
Contact form
Our contact form is handled by Netlify, the service that hosts this website. Form submissions are stored in our Netlify account and sent to us by email. Netlify's own privacy practices are described at netlify.com/privacy.
How long we keep it
We keep order and contact information for as long as we need it to serve you and keep basic business records. If you'd like us to delete your information, just ask and we will.
Children
This website isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we have about you, correct it, or delete it. Email us and we'll take care of it.
Changes
If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and change the date at the top.
